Extremely poor website: an instant turn-off.

For a while now, I've been looking to replace my loved but ageing crockery. If this company is what it says on the tin, it should have been able to 'lure' me in, make browsing irresistible etc etc

I suggest out-with-the-old, in-with-the-new: ie replace your web-designer.
