Unbelievable poor service.

My girlfriend has been going here every 12 weeks for 3 years for a £120 colour and cut. She forgot her wallet and needed to pop home to get it. They treated her like crim, made her leave her phone before rushing home to collect her purse.

On returning she still gave her stylist a xmas tip but the management and customer service stinks here – beware!
