"This time I brought my appetite: an inhuman beast most abominable. The manager isn't here when we get in, but he turns up as we start ordering to say hello. I order a bottle of 100% Grenache, my favourite kind of wine for this time of year, but they're out of stock, so he picks a wine he thinks we'll like, and offers to charge the same price. This guy is literally full of nice gestures."
