"Frustration"

Dear Sirs

I have been trying to book reasonable tickets, paying top price, for the ATP tennis at the O2 next year and am finding it frustrating that I am only able to buy tickets allocated by the on-line system which is clearly holding back seats in good areas until others are fully booked. I have not seen any tickets offered in the block opposite the umpire's chair so far. This year I managed to get four seats in row F and trying for next year only being offered seats high up. Is it never going to be possible to book with a person on the phone again? I will give up on this this year.
