"Disastrous battery life"

I purchased the twin pack from bidup tv. At first glance and use they appear to be excellent, but in practice they are not so good.

The toothbrushes are a delight to use BUT!!!

I only have front teeth upper and lower, it takes me 30-40 seconds to clean them. I have finished long before the 2 minute timer would come into play. I get three uses from the device before the battery is flat. If I put the device back on the charger after one use it will take between 18 - 24 hours to recharge.I know you can keep the device permanently on the charger but you shouldn't have to. Apart from being wasteful it could also be a fire risk. I contacted ELYSEE who told me that my brushes were defective and to send them back for repair/replacement. They also said that the brush should last for about 11 - 13 uses before going flat. They sent me a new brush which after charging was exactly the same as the first one.

It may seem a bit petty to some of you but the point is, if I go to visit someone for a long weekend the brush will go flat unless I take the charger with me.

I have since contacted them again over 2 weeks ago but this time they have not replied. Does anyone else have the same problem?
