"Good hairdressers but poorly run business"

I've used Hair Express in Surrey Quays for a number of years but probably won't be anymore. The hairdressers themselves are fairly good, in my experience, the younger ones are best. However, the biggest failing of this business is their reliability.

If you call them they tell you they don't take bookings and you're best to just come down, but on quite a few occassions now I've gone done there almost 2 hours before their advertised closing time to be told "I'm not doing anymore today".

Once, or twice would be inconvenient but it now appears to be a very regular practice to turn customers away 1-2 hours before the adverstised closing time.

It's apparent that there is little if any management going on and that if the girls have had enough they just pack up the day early.

Because of this I am now looking for a more reliable hairdresser. Such a shame :(
