"Great food...but you must be very very very patient"

Came here on a Saturday night as I was craving some pasta. As the kitchen was visible from where we were sitting we noticed there was only one cook in there. So we thought maybe they were short some staff today. It took 15 minutes to get our order taken. Another 30 mins to get our appetizers, another 45 minutes for our main (how long can pasta possibly take?!). Was still giving them the benefit of the doubt until other diners who came much later got their food before us. So we started complaining and that somehow sped up the process. We passed on dessert as we didn't want to sit there for another hour waiting for it. Another 15 min to get the bill, which was the wrong one. I thought it may have been an off night for them but judging from the other reviews it seems common and don't think I will be coming back. Shame, as the food was actually good. .
