"No speak english"

Took a cab from these people now for 5 years and its been great until now.... they have employed a load of drivers that dont know where their going and/or cant speak english so i was forced to use essex cars id rather pay more and have somebody who can speak to me and know where their goin. please alphabet WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?????.
