"Not only in the UK. No phone in Lisbon, either."

A review of TAP Portugal by John Burp written on Tuesday 12th of October 2010

I'm sitting in a Lisbon hotel lobby trying to find out if my flight tonight to France will be cancelled due to French air comptrollers strike action.

No phone is indicated on any TAP web page, in fact they don't have a home page with contact number. The freephone n° on another web site doesn't show up.

One hell of a way to run an airline.
