"Beds clean! Staff very nice and helpful."

Our stay was extremely enjoyable after the horrors of another place we'd booked. The staff at Surtees were very kind as we are pensioners, they were very patient with us. Even from the outside, this hotel is welcoming what with all the flowers and it's all quite tidy too.

Yes, I'd certainly go back there and I'd certainly recommend it especially to older people..
