"Excellent customer service"

Since arriving back to the UK from Aus in 1997 I have usee Micheal Scott and Lau and find them to be the most helpful and efficient company that I have ever had the pleasue in dealing with. I did change my insureance one year for a company that quoted me a price a little bit lower than Michaels, but the customer service sucked and I soon returned. I have never had a days problems with this company and if I ever need assistance they are always more than happy to help and in some cases even take the problem on themselves and solve it for me. I would certainly recommend using them..
