My sister and I (Both fussy Pensioners) have to compliment your staff Chris and Sam at your restaurant The Peacock A22 London Road Lingfield/East Grinstead.

The two Ladies have a most pleasant and understanding approach to their customers. Nothing was too much trouble, even though I must have tested their patience.

If you have a scheme where you allocate a bonus and/or an award these Chris and Sam certainly deserve both.

Recently I have had reason to complain, in two other Restaurants within the area, regarding the meals being cold and for the attitude of their Managers.

I understand that a new Lady Manager is to be employed by yourselves next week at The Peacock, so hope she will be as successful as Chris and Sam, in the running of your restaurant.
