"Still no contact details phone or email for TAP"

Sadly I had a good experience of travelling with Tap which has just been ruined by the fact that it is impossible to speak to anybody in customer services. By ringing their 0845 number I was given a dead number for lost property and then three phone calls later the customer services number. This is a waste of time as they just give addresses to write to. I shall be voting with my feet.........
