"Big mistake!"

Just came back from Harvester (next to Larkswood swimming pool) and we are all very dissapointed. First, service. Absolutely poorly. The waitresses are too busy chatting that we had to wait for food (which was under the lamps for at least 15 min). When the food arrive, apart from being cold it was under cooked (chicken). Yes, the waitress apologised and said she will let the kitchen staff know, but was that all their fault? They don't serve the food on the table! We were visiting Harvester for the last few years very often, but this visit was probably the last one. Very disapointed. .
