How refreshing it is,to finally find and retain a garage repair service that really puts customer service, professionalism and dilligence first.

My family and I chanced upon VP Cars of Cricklewood quite by mistake, purely as we cut through the rat run behind Cricklewood Broadway between Kilburn Tube and the Crown Hotel. Our car was overheating. We didnt imagine either of the 2 garages would have time to help. The first,ignored us, but the second at the top of Ash Grove( with Italian & German car specialists flagged up) sent out a helpful tehcnician who spent a few minutes identifying and fixing the problem. |He even refused a tip!

Since then, we travel across the congestion zone to have our cherished vehicles maintained. The advice is thorough, time is taken to explain and show areas of concern and solutions take in to consideration safety, customers budgets and age of vehicle. Moreover we are treated respectfully and with politesse.
