I DONT SEE THE POINT IN THE SORTING OFFICE HAVING A CONTACT NUMBER IF THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO USE IT FOR CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES.....I HAVE SPENT THE LAST HOUR CALLING AND ONLY ONCE DID THEY PICK UP...AND PUT IT DOWN AGAIN. PERHAPS THEY OUGHT TO EMPLOY SOMEONE PURELY TO ANSWER THE PHONE...AT LEAST THAT PERSON WOULD BE GETTING PAID FOR DOING WHAT I'M SURE WOULD BE A VERY BUSY JOB!.
