"Is this the PERFECT Dental practice?"

Dr Nghiem and his wonderful staff at Ultrasmile have restored my faith in dentists. I have not been to the dentist for 10 years because of bad experiences until one day I was in so much pain that I was in tears, 3 colleagues recommended I should go to Ultrasmile.

From the telephone conversation that I had with Khoi, the practice manager, I knew I had found the right place. He was patient, listened to my tears and then worked miracles with the appointments to get me in within an hour of me calling to see the principal dentist for an emergency. From the moment I step through the doors, everyone was so kind and welcoming. They gave me a lovely cup of tea, stayed with me and chatted to me until I went in to see Dr Nghiem because I was so nervous. I even got the softest of blanket to hug!

Dr Nghiem was so good that I did not even felt what we was doing but whatever it was it cured my pain instantly. I needed 3 fillings and would have needed root canal treatment if Dr Nghiem had not been able to rescue one of my tooth.

Needless to say, I was so impressed with the skill and service that I subsequently felt brave enough to do all the fillings as well as having a smile makeover done with Dr Nghiem. He recommended the Invisalign treatment to straighten my teeth and then the new KOR whitening to give me that sparkly look. The whole Invisalign treatment was just incredible and painless and I now have a smile that I never thought possible. My confidence is at an all time high and I now have a permanent smile on my face.

I have recommended about 20 friends, family and colleagues to Ultrasmile and everyone of them have gone on to take up treatment. In fact 15 of the recommendations are doing Invisalign right now. I even got a bottle of bubbly, a theatre trip and a meal for 2 at Gordon Ramsey from Ultrasmile for recommending so many people.

Simply the perfect dentist!.
