I have been staying at the Celtic Hotel since the 1980's. It holds a special place in my heart for the warmth of the welcome, the friendly and efficient running of the hotel, the cleanliness and neatness of the accommodation and reception rooms. The breakfast are delicious, prepared with care from good quality ingredients and served in an attentive and welcoming manner. This hotel is simple and unpretentious but in its way far superior to more expensive places--witness a recent experience in a highly rated Montreal hotel. .
