"Long waits on the phone."

Every time I want to book an appointment, I've been trying to get through on the phones for literally hours.

I know it must get busy, but I worked as a medical receptionist, and I do not belive we had this level of problems.

I'm trying to book an appointment today (although not *for* today), and have called every tem minutes since 11am. Still haven't spoken to anyone.

Once I have an appointment I've found it to be a good practice, but I could do without the time wasted just trying to get through!.
