"Appalling service"

The receptionist are not helpful at all, its like they never fall ill. Availability of appoinmtemts is very rare and getting through to book an appoinment is the same and while you have been on hold for about 8-10 minutes and be told the next available appointment is like a a week away, is no consollation.

One could die waiting for an appointment

If it wasnt for the polite doctors and nurses and that I have been with the practise for over 20years I would have changed.But they are pushing me.
