LEAVE THEM ALONE, THEY DO A GREAT JOB AT GETTING OUR POST TO US. THE OFFICE IS ALWAYS BUSY. I HAVE WITNESSED SOME VERY RUDE AND ABUSIVE CUSTOMERS. THEY ONLY HAVE 2 HANDS EACH. NO TO PRIVATISATION LOOK AT THE STATE OF CLEANERS IN HOSPS AND RAIL PRICES .
