"Very disappointed with the outcome"

I had booked two taxis to collect clients from the airport. I paid on the card £46 and was charged another 14 for waiting time. The cars arrive when the plane arrives, ( company policy) and then they get paid to wait for the clients to come out. Not happy not nice.
