A review of Cafe St Germain by Crystal Palace chick written on Saturday 22nd of May 2010
This restaurant has a range of absolutely delicious french food, from tuna steaks to baguettes to croque monsieurs, crossaints and divine patisseries, St Germain has something for everyone at a very reasonable price (for a starter, main, drink and dessert my meal came to about £15!).
St Germain also has a spectacular breakfast menu which I'm eager to try, but what I can say is that the bread was so fresh, the food well cooked and seasoned and lemon and sultana cheesecake is a must!
A lovely, atmospheric place to go to, although it does get quite busy which can affect the service from the staff a little, but the food makes up for this.
I'd recommend this restaurant and I'll happily go again and again!.
