I received a text message saying that i won lotto from free Lotto. They told me to contact their delivery department which was Elite Express Courier Services, located at Unit 11, Ashford Industrial Estate, Shield road, Ashford, Middx, TW15 1AU, London, United Kingdom. The handling agent was a Mr. Richard Woodstock. They asked for a $500 delivery service fee.
