"Great Practise! just a shame about the receptionist they have, rude and imperson"

This is a lovely practise, Dr Begg is one of the most sincere and lovely Doctor's I have encountered in London.

The only down side to this practise the receptionist, there is one receptionist inparticular whom is always rude, impersonal and extremely unhelpful.
