"Not all "Rude Girls" are bad!"

I disagree with some of the comments made as I have been a customer of Expressions for a good 15 years or so. Yes, some of the girls that I have seen come and go have been lacking in customer care skills, but that is not to say that Management do not listen to the voice of their customers.

I have seen apprentices become proud joint owners of the new look Expressions and these ladies have done a damn GOOD JOB of trying to maintain old as well as new customers. They are courteous and to their clients and do offer a bit of special attention to those that are willing to give them the chance to do so.

The shop is young, but yet at the same time cater to suit all age groups. They have been accommodating my entire female side of family for many many years including my extended female side of family and believe me, there are many of us women.

So young and old, black, white, Asian, Afro-carribeans and any nationality alike, come one come all and give a budding young business a try - and tell them that Jessica's mum recommended them.
