"Telephoning TAP raises blood pressure"

A review of TAP Portugal by Frustrated written on Monday 19th of April 2010

BOREDOM ,Irritation .Fury , resulting in fast pulse and high blood pressure .

I dread having to telephone this Company for any reason .For booking , requesting information , or whatever expect to sit and listen to canned music whilst 0845 number takes its toll .

Finally when you have heard everything in Portuguese followed by transalation into English a heavily accented person will address you in broken speech .

I fly with them only because they do have good schedules of direct flights .

I am seriously considering giving up holidays in an otherwise lovely country .
