A review of St Patricks R C Cemetery by TREVOR J WICKS written on Thursday 8th of April 2010
I VISITED ST PATRICKS RC CEMETERY ON APRIL 3RD 2010, WITHOUT CONTACTING THE OFFICE BEFOREHAND. I WAS AMASED WHEN I GOT THERE HOW BIG IT IS. OF I WENT, LOOKING FOR THE GRAVE OF RIPPER VICTIM MARY KELLY. I ONLY HAD A LOCATION REFERENCE FROM A BOOK. I WALKED FOR OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF, OCCASIONALLY ASKING PEOPLE WHO WERE TENDING TO GRAVES. FINALLY I GAVE UP, BUT MADE A NOTE OF THE OFFICE PHONE NO.
I PHONED THEM A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER. THE STAFF MEMBER I SPOKE TO, INSTANTLY KNEW WHERE I SHOULD HAVE BEEN LOOKING. HE GAVE ME VERY DESCRIPTIVE DIRECTIONS FOR THE NEXT TIME I GO THERE. HE SAID IF I GO DURING THE OFFICE HOURS, HE WOULD BE HAPPY TO SHOW ME TO THE GRAVE SITE.----HOW VERY HELPFUL, I WILL GO BACK LATER IN THE YEAR TO PAY MY RESPECTS TO MARY. .
