"Hip replacement In and out in 5 days"

Fantastic surgery and nursing staff, but Oh Clementime having to Zimmer round to the other side of Blenheim suite each day to get hot water for a shave and shower is not acceptable, my room 49 had none,what made this worse was staff stated this was an ongoing situation and that management were aware of, this coupled with the genteman in room 47 next door was allowed to smoke, yes smoke in his room again management were aware of this, staff had no option but to comply, There again could be my fault going in on April the 1st 2010 for surgery.
