I've been going there for about a year and a half now, but i find that i wait around for a very long time and most of the time i'm satisfied.

although, the last time i went there i wasn't happy which is leaving me to decide whether to go to pride instead.

also, sometimes i think they overcharge you & also they have this silly cancellation fee of £15 which you have to pay if you cancel your appointement in less than 24 hours which isn't always fair to the customer.

some of the juniors really can't wash your properly, you go home and still find you've flakes and that your hair is itching badly.

But they can cut good when they're concentrating.
