A review of Iqra Travel by IQRA user written on Tuesday 6th of April 2010
I have had over 400kgs worth of goods sent by cargo with IQRA to BGD. Per kg is very good, and IQRA sends your goods whether electrical or not and clears customs for you from UK. The goods are sent from sylet to your local courier nearest to your house at destination who contacts you to pick up. Only disadvantage is that some goods were missing from a couple of boxes. IQRA has no insurance on the goods that they are sending on your behalf and are investigating where the goods went missing to no avail as yet. We have also to date not been reimbursed for the goods that have been stolen. IQRA do not appear to be taking any action!
Generally I was very impressed with IQRA service, it was inexpensive, and quick hassle free, but not sure now if i would use again if my hard earened goods get stolen and no compensation offered. Sorry IQRA, I think you need to get to the bottom of this, quick. .
