"Reminders"

At my previous address, where we were patients at the dentist there, we used to receive reminders in the post for check ups, we don't at the New Park dental surgery.

Its nice to know that as patients we are cared about and its important to go for regular check ups. My experience as(my children's to)Patients at the New Park Dental surgery is, not a very warm welcome. I must add the receptionist are,unfortunately not the dentist. Its nice to be greeted with a smile.. So where is the smile dentist's??.
