"Great if you have a few £1000 lying about!!!"

Like many other girls i was called up by Doubletake studios and i agreed to have a makeover at the Birmingham one and took my friend along, anyone who is thinking of going it is a great day but be very aware of the terms and conditions!!! if your late or fail to turn up on the day you will get charged around £125 per person!!! and if you cancel your appointment or re-arrange your appointment after 7 days of booking your appointment you get charged too!!! so be careful!!! However it was a fab day the makeover was great and the facial and hand massage was lovely, and everyone was very nice but me and my friend specifically requested on the registration form that we wanted our photos to be taken together so when we were rushed through a quick 1 minute photo session together before being separated and made to have photos done on our own we were a bit annoyed and disappointed, plus we were a bit embarrassed and nervous to begin with so the photos done together were not that great!!! the rest were a lot better as we relaxed more and enjoyed having the pictures taken. Anyway after all that and having free soft drinks and snacks we watched our photos on a slide show style screening and we really liked a lot of the pics until we saw the pricing list!!! one photo £70!! 6 photos £300 they went up to something like £1000 or more it was mad!!! luckily id managed to get us both a £100 voucher each before hand so we used them to buy one photo each i don't think they were too impressed with that!!!! we're still waiting for our photos to arrive so hopefully they will arrive soon. I have also developed a skin rash on my face from the makeup so if you suffer with sensitive skin be aware!!!! despite all the moans iv had it was a fun day just don't get sucked in as you will end up spending your life savings on a bunch of photos!!!! .
