I've used Holloway Cycles seven or eight times in the last year and they've always been fine. Not the cheapest in the world but genuine, sound advice without a hint of hard sell. Helpful and straightforward. These days it's my first port of call for bike parts - thankfully it's my local!

Cycle Surgery up the road looks a lot flashier and is slightly larger, but the staff seemed less inclined to help and they haven't always had what I need anyway. .
