"Staff not helpful"

I live locally and am registered with this Doctor's surgery. I work long hours in the city and find it difficult to take time off to get to the surgery. My first complaint - Opening hours. When are they? They seem to close early on a Tuesday (3pm) and a Friday (3pm) but do not open any earlier. 9am to 3pm seems like a pretty tough day to me..... Second complaint - I needed to collect a Referal letter from the surgery on my way to work one morning. Remember, just collecting a letter that was supposed to be completed 2 days prior. When I arrive at the surgery at 8.35am there were staff there and they answered the Intercom system when I 'buzzed'. When I told them I just needed to collect a letter they told me to come back at 9am as they were not open until then. I told them that all I needed was the letter - nothing else. Response - sorry, come back at 9am when we open. It would have taken someone 45 seconds to find the letter and hand it through the door. Thanks for all your help. PS - Doctors were fine and helpful - Staff not so much (not very friendly either)..
