A review of Hyderabad Restaurant by Dunx written on Monday 29th of January 2007
This is the only place you can get authentic Hyderabadi biryanis - they are the best I've tasted. It's open at 10am so we decided to go for breakfast, and started with some delicious egg bhajis and chilli paneer. This was followed by a crispy green lentil dosa, and a chicken murgh that was the probably the best I've ever tasted - thick chilli onion gravy over juicey chicken served on the bone the way it should be. But you can't come here without trying the biryani, as Hyderabad is famous for this. The portions are really generous and the prices are excellent value, and the service was friendly and quick. The place itself isn't fancy, its quite small and just a few tables so there's no frills there, but trust me the food is what you come here for, and the food is seriously amazing. There are a few great places in Southall which get a lot of attention, but this place tops all the ones I've tried. 10 out of 10!!.
