"Terrible experience!"

I didn`t want to take a risk and went there in person to book a table for a team dinner with my colleagues and called twice to be sure that they had booked the table only to find out that they hadn`t booked the table. You can`t imagine how ashamed I was in front my 18 colleagues to whom I had told everything was organised in advance!They sent us to another restaurant they have, very close to Sarastro with the same style. The meals were awful, the music was so terrible that my colleagues wanted to leave as quicly as possible. This was the worst team dinner I had. They told us that this was Turkish cuisine. I am Turkish and lived in Istanbul for 26 years. These 2 restaurants are rather an insult to Turkish cuisine!
