"Be wary of cancellation fees"

I recently booked travel through Turquoise, and unfortunately had to cancell about 4 months prior to travelling. A 25% cancellation fee was applied, which was not included in any of my travel documentation. And Turquoise were unable to provide me with any evidence that their online site included any warnings at the time of booking. Be very careful here, and make sure you ask lots of questions before handing over your payment..
