"HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION"

A review of Finchley Back Pain Centre by Mahdi written on Saturday 19th of December 2009

My mother referred me to this clinic. After having my initial assessment and X-rays I had my problem explained to me in a way which was easy for me to understand.

The first two weeks I had 6 treatments and I felt a bit up and down but I kept up with the treatment programme as it was outlined to me.

With the treatment, the exercises they gave me and advice on changing my old bad habits, like the way I sat at the computer and my poor relaxing posture in front of the TV at the end of a long day I got the result I wanted, being completely out of pain, back to the gym, able to do my shopping, picking my daughter up without pain.

I wish I listened to my mum earlier instead of waiting until the pain killers didn’t do the trick anymore.

My advice to all would be to follow the recommendation and listen to their advice. I know it can take a bit of time but you will get there!

Thank you to all the staff at the Finchley Back Care Centre for always making me feel so welcome and giving me my life back!!
