"Lunch at Henry's .. Don't Bother!!"

Went with 11 people for "Christmas Lunch" yesterday to Henry's Blomfield St. yesterday. Waited an age to be served only to be given cold starters (so cold that the salmon mousse was still frozen in the middle!) and luke warm soup and cold mushroom diane. Waited at least 25 minutes between courses and the mains were cold too - the pavolova was a joke a Very small merangue full of only whipped cream and 4 raspberries stuck around the plate. We refused to pay service charge as the service was appalling and waitress flung my friend's card back at her! The two waitresses working were not rushed off their feet there was just one other table apart from ours - now we know why!! Absolutely the worst Christmas lunch I've ever had..
