Very professional, patient-oriented practice. Phone system has now (at last!) been much improved so its easier to get through. And when you do, its nearly always possible to book a same-day appointment. As a mum, I hugely appreciate the security of knowing I can get in quickly to see a doctor when the family needs it.

The surgery is now open on Saturday and Sundays for walk-in appointments, and also has quite a lot of early evening appts - recognising that many of us have to hold down jobs despite feeling grotty! .
