"Quite dilapidated, but good value for money"

I've been in better places before, but since we didn't expect too much for the money it was quite alright. They put us in a musty room in the basement, but the bed sheets were clean, the shower had hot water and even the television set worked. Sure, the place wasn't really clean and looked like it's in dire need of repair, but we didn't expect anything more for that kind of money, so it's all good. People expecting the royal treatment better avoid this place though..
