A review of Phonica Records by Ste. K. written on Thursday 26th of November 2009
As a shop for anyone looking to buy some vinyl or CDs, especially electronic stuff it's a great shop which sits comfortably in SOHO's image as a trendy and vibrant area. The decor is stylish and the leather sofas & chairs seating area by the big window shop-front works really well.
There should be a warning on the shop window though. One which reads:
Danger of poor customer experience due to rude staff.
My advice is look around SOHO, there are a number of other vinyl/electronic specific shops which will actually make you feel very welcome and show apreciation for your custom.
Manners and a smile don't cost a penny!.
