"Smelly Clothes!"

The first time I went there I took some suits, skirts and a delicate throw for the sofa. The suits and skirts were ready on time but the throw wasn't ready for another 2 days even though they had promised it to me on the same day. However, the results were better than I'd had elsewhere - they all smelled great and clean - so I was happy in the end.

We recently took two suits, a jacket, a skirt and a dress in (bought in a charity shop) The suits came back ok, looked sort of pressed but not smelling great, and the other items smelled worse than when I bought them in the charity shop - horrible and of cigarettes!

We took them back but they refused to do them again or to give us a refund. AVOID THIS SHOP!!
