"What a disappointment"

We have just had lunch there. The service was appalling: not only was it VERY slow but - one drink never arrived and when we queried it we were told that there was no JD in the house; one main dish was incorrect; another main dish we ordered never arrived; the side salad we ordered never arrived; and one dish was inedible. Some of us chose a bottle of wine and when the waitress tried to pour it she couldn't understand why no wine was coming out. We told her that half the cork was still in the bottle. When she returned she had brought the same wine bottle back - with bits of cork floating around (we had waited so long by then and the wine was good so decided to keep it!) The rest of the food was also a complete disappontment. Finally the food and drink which had never arrived was included on the bill!! .
