"Is the office closed?"

I have been trying to get in touch with Paper Direct snce 3.1.07. I have managed to speak to someone twice and although I have asked them to return my call - no one ever has. I am waiting for the second half of my order to be delivered. Now when I ring, their number is unobtainable. Has anybody else experienced the same thing?.
