Dear Sir or Madam

I have Just bought my last family loaf at your town centre shop in Basildon iwas aghast to be asked for another 11pence making it £1.36 a loaf.Its true we enjoyed the £1.19 special when it should have been £1.25,but a rise of 11p is a mickey take.I usually buy 12loaves a week for me and family.
