I used to have major problems getting through to brocklebank but now they have got a new phone system with a queue system which tells you what position you are in.I have noticed the staff have got much better recently and you can now book your own appointments on-line if you contact them for a password.I have moaned a lot in the past so its only fair to praise when they get it right..
