"Connectafone: sales promotion via email"

I have bussiness with sales person from connectafone via email, his name mushin gray. He is nigerian, I already pay him for a phone but it's difficult to have the phone received/shipped. Kindly advise if connectafone allow sales promotion via email by sales person name mushin gray? thanks .
