"Overstretched and a complete nightmare...."

Unfortunately the last reviewer is right. I've been a patient at Mrousm House for years, and in that time the surgery has obviosuly become completely overstretched and unable to cope with the number of patients. Although the doctors and nurses are great - it is nearly impossible to get seen. Even with a sick child, you can expect to wait das to get and appointement - and even with an appointment you can wait ages to be seen. So I am now changing to another surgery.....
